Colorful Wiis

Has anyone heard or know anything about when Nintendo is going to be releases the Wii in other colors like black, blue, red etc... The concept of having different colors was mentioned prior to release but nothing has been said about the topic since. Just wondering if any one's got the inside scoop.

Rumor has it that the color wiis should come out sometime this spring. The other rumor that goes along with this one is that these wiis are going to cost only $200 (as opposed to the current price of $250). Last thing I heard is that this has not yet been comfirmed by nintendo. It would be kinda a bummer for those of us who already got wiis. A price cut like less than a year after the launch would be a real slap in the face for those who bought their wiis already. That $50 could have bought us another game.

Yeah I don't think that there's going to be a price cut on Wiis anytime soon. Especially when you look at the price of the original DS that has been out for so long now. Even after the DS lite came out the price didn't even drop very much. Aside from the the Wii's price is already well below the two competing systems (360 and PS3). But I hope you're right about the color wiis coming out this spring cuz I really want a black one. =)

kjscrafts, you've got a really good point there. The fun I've had playing the will sinceI got it has been worth way more than $50. Honestly, I knew that the system would be fun, but I had no idea how much fun. I had a friend come over last night and she played for 2 hours straight and kept going on and on about how much she liked it. I just got to sit back and watch her go nuts. Even that was pretty fun.

Yes, I think that have already wii in another colours. Black, Red, white and others. Take a look of pics in the top of discussion about wii. You will se the colours that the wii has. I dont know if its truth but in the pic show different colours and maybe it was launched but I didnt know. Wii is a revolution of games and the form to play a game. I like so much and i will buy one soon.
