how do i get a star on mylot?

After 100 posts or the number adjacent to your name reaches 100 the star will appear automatically above the user name. It will be decorative to the name. So there is no need to earn star, just post another 59 postings. You'll be honored with star.

I just read the post posted by u on this site ..though i am sorry to say that i disagree with u but i would like to say that i had 2 star the day i joined but the next day i saw it missing .. i am still clueless about that hope i get a proper answer to that..
I dont mean to dishearten u or say that u r wrong i was just presenting my perception

You build you mylot reputation which is the star rating you are talking about by posting good well thought out responses and interesting and informative discussions. If i cant put my heart and soul into my response and really add something important to the discussion i usely dont respond i try to find thing i relate to and i can help with. So to me to get you star ratings and to keep them you have to work hard to make sure you are giving your all in you posting on mylot.

Yes thats what its all about and I love doing it and its something that I would love doing here on mylot. Trying to do good on the discussions and just quality resplies and not just one liner responses . s much as possible we should make it more than two lines.

I have learned form people here that when you rech the 100 posts you will be able to have a star beside your name and that would indicate your reputation here on mylot. It means how people reate you about your posts and the ratings you give others.
