i work as a travel agent. bookings , changes and inquiries are very much in my control. but when it comes to airlines making changes to passngers flight, that what i really hate because it takes so much of my alibi's why airline have to change their flt. and oftentimes, they got mad over us Booking Agency.. im really tempted to be sarcastic to say "we dont own the airline". but anyway, its part of the challenge of the job. were like the hotdog in between those buns. must follow some policies of our partner client and to our customer's need. pretty tough sometimes. but that's what i like...a bit of challenge every day.. :-)
