Any opinions on visiting Ottawa Ontario?

Check out the museums, both national gallery and the canadian war museum. Then Check out obviously the parliment buildings and all other governmental landmarks. Mind you I'm keeping in mind you are bringing your children along. There a quite a bit you can do there. I live in Niagara Falls, go to school in Montreal, and in the middle my brother goes to school in Ottawa. So I'm there often! Have fun!

I have never been to Ottawa, but would love to go someday, preferably in the summer. But I'd also like to go when Parliament is in session, so I guess it'd have to be late spring or early fall, instead.

I'd love to go to Ottawa. I was born there but my family moved here to BC when I was only a year old. Of course, I have no memories of it but I've seen plenty of pictures :) It's one of the places that I'm sure to visit in my lifetime.
