WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR BOOKS?

All the family members go together to a book store near by my house and we buy whatever books are required. Once a year, there is a very big book fair (800 book sellers from all over India participate in the fair) and there is always a big discount for the purchases. We do buy the books from here.

I usually buy my books second-hand or from my campus bookstore.

I currently get my books from the library, and online stores. The books in the bookstore are unfortunately too expensive. I try to shop around to find the best prices available. Oh I love to buy books on Ebay and Amazon Marketplace. The last book I got was for a $1.50 and that was re-released book, East of Eden by John Steinbeck. I have not been to any book fairs around here. I have not seen too many around where I live.

I buy all my books at Barnes and Noble bookstore :)

Most of the books I read I get from the local library, because it's something I want to read only once, but not purchase. If it's a reference book, it's not out of date, and I find it at a yard sale, library used book sale, or something, I will buy it. For my kids, I used to always give them money to purchase the books they wanted from the school book fair. I always believed that with this choice that it would foster good reading habits.

I get mine from Amazon, ebay or from Hastings. I like to shop for used books because I read so much, and those places all offer that. As long as the book is in good condition, I don't see why it matters. Plus, I like to trade mine in sometimes too.

i get my books from bookshop of my college or through borrowing from my friends.

I mostly get books from the Library. That way it only costs me money if I forget to return them! It also opens me up to things I might not have read otherwise. I have read some really great books that I probably wouldn't have spent the money on, but there's much less committment in borrowing a library book.
