hope this disclaimer does'nt means much of the change in the amount.

Even I think that they have put up this disclaimer just to protect themselves just in case. Lets hope they never have to use it...

Every company has got this kind of disclaimer to protect themselves from any law suit later and protect themselves from loss.

I think most of the paying site will have that disclaimer.
