you can navigate to the last known good configuration by pressing the ____key at boot.

just press the F8 key after turning on your computer for about 10 times or until the screen changes, then you should be able to choose from the windows advanced menu

can you please give more detailed instruction, i am not getting which key you are mentioning, try to give the details in a descriptive manner otherwise normal computer users may not understand easily. Thanks for your information and hope to hear more from you.
