Cooking techniques??

I am fond of eating when my mom was cooking,Now after i took her place i started learning to cook, now i am expert in cooking. Its a easy job and also interesting. take time first and enjoy cooking. Do everything slowly and then you can pick up.First start on doing simple salads,bread sandwich,omlet.For cooking the taste should be perfect that is very important.Don't overcook the foods it may loose the vitamins.Don'add too much of water to boil any food keep in the sim it will be cooked.

i love eating, but i dont know how to cook..i can cook for my ownself not for others(not delicious).. but if i will give my passion on it..maybe i can learn.. sorry cant give you any ideas about cooking..

Wash your hands all the time especially when working w/raw meats. Clean up after yourself. Clean as you go. Try not to be in a rush when cooking. Cooking is better when you take your time.
