I'd like to learn making web using CMS. According to you, what's the best CMS for a beginner?

There are a lot of open source CMS systems. It really depends on the preference and comfortability in using the system. If you want a blog system, Wordpress would be my choice. For Wiki sites, MediaWiki would be my recommended system. For Websites, Choose either Drupal, Joomla and Mambo.

I prefer Joomla! very easy to learn with many features to choose - components, plug ins.
