whats the best advise for a job hopper?

honestly im a job hopper, i have worked for more than 10 companies, and i feel like im going no where. no specialization what so ever. i asked a psychologists and she told me that changing homes is directly related to my job hopping. not so sure of the link. its a dilema til now. help me out guys...thanks.
