well ive had a problem before in my first and only job with my boss, he went mad over my handwriting being big and i was only writing an address on scrap paper, i mean oh boy i said to him give me break will you! he apologised later on and said he was in a bad mood, i accepted his apology because after all he is a friend of my family and ive knew him for a few years now!

My colleague's problem is bigger. He did not find the key of one of the rooms where he was supposed to teach; he had other alternatives to solve the problem, bu simply asked the students to leave. On their way out they came across the dean and told him about it... Then my colleague lied to the dean... Imagine the rest

I will have to bear his/her anger, I will try my best to rectify that and not to repeat that mistake again.
