Losing weight.

There are a lot of slimming programs that are appealing but not effective. Please give suggestion to those who have tried any successful course, whether through exercise or diet.

Everyday exercise is a big help. But the very important things in losing weight is self control. Control in your food and drink intake. Try to skip dinner... i think it is a great help...

Thanks, but isn't it unhealthy to skip meals? Maybe I will end up as skin and bone.

hallo nicagose, actually I'm not great at loosing weight throug exercise or diet, since I'm allready thin enough (over thin I think T_T) actually I'm still fight for raise my weight, but may be I can help you a little, for a diet you could do the best method is you sould pay attention to intake carbo

Good for you, lamera. How I wish to be like that again. I used to be slim before but when I started working, I have lesser time to do exercise. Now, fats are building on my tummy. I will try to do what you suggest. thanks.

Control diet avoiding fat food and eat more vegetables then run half an hour everday and do some exercise at home at morming and evening. Weight will reduce.
