the flavour of indian curry

this is something which resembles the scent of my life. i rush to my flat to have launch with my wife and daughter, and that is invariably incomplete without curry, dal, rice, fish. the preparations are usualy spicy but now-a-days the hamemakers in city areas are health concious. so some modifications are here. i think now the cuisines are really world class. i love to eat my meal on a all white solid china plate with spoon. and as usual it is always very very charming if my beloved serves it. so come share with me that taste which i relish sitting infront of my sony 21" tv.
