how we have to calculate bonus for employee whether it is sum of net basic or gross

Nowadays, most bonuses are aligned in some way to the employee's performance, so as to promote goal congruence. If you desire higher bonuses, simply work harder.

It depends on how the company is paying. Is it on sales, savings made from new systems or a performance bonus? Is it a % of any of these things or just a random amount depending on what they feel each person has contributed?

check ur company policy....it will give u the right information...every company has its own set of regulations........

it goes accordance to your company, but there's a certain percentage to follow. if you're in sales, most likely it would be based on your basic, however some companies they do consider gross.
