The Wendigo

in one legend it is said that if a human eats another human, they get some kind of supernatural powers such as speed and invisibility. Wendigos need to eat humans to survive. Another legend goes the the webdigo was once a man who was betreyed by his lover so he cut out her heart and eat it. Right after he eat the heart hsi own heart turns into ice and he becomes a monster and the only way he can survive is by eating the hearts of other people who hearts were once broken by the ones they loves.

After two months, no one replied? The poor Wendigo just doesn't get the respect he deserves these days. In all honesty, that movie they made about him back in 2001 did him little justice. For those of you who don't know, the Wendigo is something akin to a spirit, one who enjoys the flesh of his fellow man, that wields the power of possession, though Hollywood has made him into a Sasquatch-like beast that prowls the countryside in search of unwitting campers. I'm not sure that I believe in him, but it certainly is a frightening concept.
