Real estate is worse than racketeering

What other business allows only a select few people view what is really for sale instead of everyone? What other business falsely jacks up property values? What other business engages in shady loan deals where the victims, oops, I mean loan customers, are told one thing and the exact opposite happens? In real estate, it seems that anything goes, especially in California. Where else does a $75,000 shack become a $500,000 house in a couple years? I haven't been able to afford a home in a long time and will likely never afford one, and I really don't want one now that foreclosures and bankruptcies are becoming more and more widespread each day! At least I've got my trailer.

Yes real estate do take a lot more than they deserve, they rip people off with their scams, and in regards to loans I was bitten by these people they take more than the agreement when you settle your loan with them. There are just too many of these fraudsters.

That tends to happen when too many speculators flood the housing market and make it impossible for average people to even live.
