Pavel Tsatsouline, russian, strenght

Who has tries Pavel Tsatsouline's method of training. I am reading it now and am interested if anybody has some experience

I have. his training method is really great. I can now do one arm one leg push up and pistol. I have read his naked warrior and power to the people. I discontinued the deadlift. I don't have any place at home to drop my barbell. I'm planning to do his suggestion about the car wheel and the plywood. I also apply this training techniques in rock climbing. I'm now working on the one arm pull up. but for now I'm taking a long rest. Next week I'll start again :) power to you comrade and welcome to the party .. hehehe. what book are you reading?

how to you find the book? for me it contains a lot of information about techniques, strength, body control.. I feel like I wasted years reading lots of body building book and body building programs that produce no result. I wish kettlebell is availabe here in my country. Are you doing any of the "practices" he recommend? Power to you!!

I'm just starting but I try to get a little bit more in the state what he says your body feels itself best in. Just being able to "pull" your own weight is heavy enough to get into great shape. My goal is the one-arm push up and pull-up
