Treatment for achne

Can you suggest any good treatment for achne or any home remedies also are welcome

I guess it depends on how bad a problem it is. If it's really bad I'd go see a doctor. If it's not that bad I heard an advice the other day. i have not tried it myself. This lady said it was good to wash your face with a microfiber cloth. I'd say that must be worth a try - hope it helps!
