poll....lower back tattoo for women!!

Today i thought I'd do an opinion poll.I told my husband last night I want to get a tatoo on my lower back,first he says why would you want a "tramp stamp"? i was so surprised...I'd never heard this before.I thought tatoos on the lower back were kinda sexy.then he says "we're too old for that stuff any more" now I'm double shocked...and offended.so hwe says "Ok baby,whatever you want".My husband is a big believer in keep mama happy,for everyones sanity.so I would never get it done now that I know he would'nt like it.But it made me curious ....do other men over 30 have the same opinion.Are lower back tatoos scrampy??Are women in their 30's too old for that??

Yup they are called tramp stamps, and mostly they are called that for a reason. Younger women tend to get those because they think they are sexy to have a tattoo there. It gets showed off when they bend over and show their thongs because they wear low riders. Some women can pull them off as they get older, but it's mostly for the younger crowd.

The kids around here even call them tramp stamp. I don't think you are to old and what is to old to get a tattoo. But I give ya two thumbs up for not getting one because your husband doesn't want you to.

hurm.. personally, i didnt like lower back tattoo for women.. its just makes u look like a b###h... thats why i didnt like it... but.. its up to you if you want it... !~

I've heard the 'tramp stamp' thing too. Personally, I ignore things like that. If people want to 'label' you because of the position of a tattoo they're not worth your time anyways. I hate people that do that.
My first tattoo (i'm 28) will be on my lower back, I know what I want, and it includes my children and husbands names, its being designed right now (custom) to my liking. If people want to think its a 'tramp stamp' then let them. I could care less, and you shouldn't care either. If thats where you want it, as long as your happy with it, go for it, who care's what people are going to think.
