When it is okay to allow a teen's boyfriend or girlfriend to sleep over?

Teens are more passionate and wanna break barriers without know th pros and cons of life.What would yo suggest to advise them so that they may not get entangled too early in responsibilities of life.

i just wanna suggest them that you are in the stage... in life where you can make or spoil your life.so every step you take just watch before taking it.and there is lots more great things you have to see in your precious life so donot indulge your self in any thing like this.just study and study....
