Hey friends, I need some easy and quick recipes for breakfast. Every morning I get it hard to do some new within my limited time. I hope I will get good ideas here. It is not must to have to be a perfect recipe, but I would like to hear any ideas also how to make easy and quick breakfast. Ho do you do yours?

quick breakfast that i usually do is a pack of oatmeal into a bowl with hot water then added with milk & slices of banana or sometimes peaches or strawberry. other combination will be a bread toast with peanut butter & banana filling with fresh orange juice or : bread dip into beaten egg then cook into pan with butter ( french toast ) together w/ ham into it as to cook them the same time. or a mug of cream of mushroom or chicken with garlic toast for cold morning breakfast. . . but the easiest & fastest way for quick breakfast is a bar of granola & glass of milk .

I will cook a whole pound of sausage patties and then fried up some eggs and freeze them then when I am wanting a breakfast sanwich I will toast a bagel add my sauasage and egg then top with some creme cheese ..you can actually make them up ahead of time ..but when you microwave the bagel it gets alittle tough so I just make the fixings up and freeze them .. :D

chinese porridge.. right get the rice cooker or a pan .put one half cup of rice to half a pan of water..add one chopped up yam and a few dates..cook it all up ..when ready serve and eat..it is like a soup..very tasty and very nutricious..sometimes i add one banana aswell..yummy..

i usually have cornflakes as im on a diet...!! but when i dont feel like following my diet...or when im feeling rebelious or something...... i make a sandwich. i just take a bun or something ...cut it in half....and spread garlic mayo on it...then i take some salad(ready made from sainsburys or tescos) then mixe it with salt and a few( 1-2) drops of lemon for taste....and add them to the bun!! and then eat it...!! ^_^ trust me it tastes really good!! u can also try bread with mayo and cheese slice. but toast the bread ....that would give a crunchy taste to it!!

I usually just have two weetabix in a bowl with milk and a little brown sugar. In Summer I eat it cold and during winter I heat it in the microwave for 1 min. 40 cecs. Sometimes I subsitute the weetabix for oatmeal and cook this in the microwave for 2 mins.

I would suggest oatmeal. It is easy and quick to fix and then you can add any number of fruit or additives to make it a filling and time saving meal. You will reap some health benefits too. Hope this is one you will give a go at.

my favourite breakfast is yogurt with cereals and fresh fruit and a cup of green tea...but when I don't have time-that is during the week- I usually have a cup of milk with cereals or hot milk with biscuits ( i prepare the milk with a lot of soft foam like you serve it when you prepare LATTE MACCHIATO, that is milk with a bit of Italian coffee...I like having my foam as first thing and I taste it little by little with a spoon and then I put my biscuits in the milk and have it!!)..When I have guests I like preparing them my best CAPPUCCINO (milk with lot of hot Italian coffee served with milk foam and a taste of cocoa on the top of it) and my apple cake...

Depends on what you like. I make a egg wrap It consists of 3 eggs, picante sause, cheese, and a tortilla. Cook the eggs scrambled then put in the middle of the tortilla, then put on about a tablespoon of picante sauce and cheese to taste. Instant oatmeal is good and comes in so many variaties. Yogurt and cottege cheese are good together, beleive it or not. Have a parfet you made the night before

It is recommended to include 20-35 gram of dietary fibers daily, as part of well balanced diet of adults. In addition, it is recommended to concume fibers from different dietary sources ( cereals, legumes,fruits and vegetables ). I eat sach meal every morning with cup of coffe. Goods appetite.....

mmm let see, leftover kfc chicken is good, or something healthy you can get cheero, apple jack, krispy cream mmmm i think i am going to get some tomorrow, also soup and sandwich is pretty good. or if you really want something easy and fast get easy mac lol.

Most mornings I will make do with orange juice and a piece of toast but sometime I like Bagels with some soft dairy lea cheese or Crumpets with butter and a little jam. When I have time and can be bothered to cook which is usually at weekends, I will have something like a hot Bacon sandwich, an Omelette with Cheddar Cheese or Scrambled Eggs with Ham or bacon. I don`t normally eat breakfast , but when I do I make Poached Eggs . I add a little vinegar to the water for flavor and simmer the eggs in the water . By the time I make my toast the eggs are done , I like mine with the Yolk Hard/Soft and I dip the toast in the Yolk .

Easiest and quickest breadfast in the world - a smoothie. I'm not the kind of person that can tolerate food early in the morning, so I just throw some soya milk and fruit in my blender along with some wheatgrass to keep my energy levels up until lunchtime. Nothing easier and nothing tastier! My favourites: Strawberry, banana and soya milk. Pineapple, orange and grapefruit with juice. Have fun :)

If you have whole wheat, this is a great idea for breakfast. Take whole wheat put it in a crock pot put double as much water as you do wheat. Set on low and cook overnight. When you awake, you will have a hot breakfast. Just add honey, sugar, cream, whatever you like to it. Yummy. I love honey on mine.

I like to make an egg and cheese english muffin. I put 1 egg in a small saucer and give it a little stir to break the yolk and white. Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. If you put your english muffin in the toaster first then they are done about the same time. I just put a slice of cheese on top of the egg and then slide the egg onto half of the muffin and put the other half on top. It's my moms version of a McDonlads Egg McMuffin. Really quick and tasty.

For me in the morning, cereal is the quickest, you just need a bowl and a box of cereal, I have loads of cereals to choose from, because I hate sticking to the same cereal day in, day out, add the milk and hey presto, breakfast in minutes. Then I pour orange juice and a black coffee and that sets me up for the day. I either eat crunchy nut cornflakes, muesli, or bran to keep me regular throughout the day.
