I believe that immediately after you just go to sleep. Then on judgment day (whenever that is) everyone who is destined to go to heaven goes to heaven and everyone who isn't goes to hell. Whether you go to heaven or hell depends on how you lived your life and if you believed in God and accepted Christ as your personal saviour.
