I get it from most large supermarkets really, I'm in the UK though so maybe that's what's the difference for me! :)

I put cheese in everything I possibly can! I even eat cheese just melted in the microwave with a fork. (COJACK is the best for this.) We also love melting different cheeses in our scrambled eggs. It's like a lazy man's omelet. We melt cheese on our garlic bread, shredded in tacos, sprinkled on mashed potatoes... Everything's better with cheese!

i love cheese with my eggs -- mix some alouette (a soft, crumbly cheese) in with the eggs as you are scrambling. or a grilled cheese, with jelly (i love cheddar with apple butter) or just some gouda on sliced apples and pears. i probably eat some kind of cheese every day, though it isn't always cooked.

I find that I cook with cheese quite often, honestly. I find almost in every dish I have found that I use cheese. I mean of course there are some dishes that don't call for cheese, as I don't want to over do it. But I find that cheese is one of those ingredients that helps to enhance the taste of the food you are cooking, & are about to serve as well as eat. I know that it's one of my favorite things to cook with. I find cheese to be so versatile as you can do so much with it. I even put it on some of the vegetables I may have in the house. As nothing is as tasty as cheese on let's say on top of broccoli. I tend to use a lot like you cheddar, as well as parmesan cheese. I don't find myself using a large variety of different cheeses. I tend to be more of a plain jane when it comes to cooking with cheese. I know that whenever I cook spaghetti I use parmesan cheese quite often to put over top of the prepared dish that I had made. I know that both me & my other half just love the taste of parmesan cheese over top of our pasta. As we find it helps to enhance the flavor which helps to make it a much tastier dish in my opinion! I also have used both cheese, as well as parmesan when it comes to preparing potatoes. I find it really brings out a different flavor when it comes to this dish. As it helps to make the potatoes so much creamier when you add the cheese, along with the parmesan cheese. Both types of cheese's together taste so yummy blended in together. I also find when I am creating dishes such as ceaser salad or chicken ceasar salad that parmesan cheese is a necessity when I am preparing this dish. Usually I will mix some parmesan cheese with the salad & then afterwards.. When I serve the caesar salad in the bowls, I will put the dressing on top of the lettuce.. Along with the bacon bits & will top it off with some yummy parmesan cheese. The way I make ceaser salad has been one of those recipes that was passed down from a certain family member. I just love topping the ceasar salad I make with parmesan cheese.. I find it makes this dish to die for! Also when I prepare things such as bruschetta. I will top the bruschetta with garlic butter. Then I will put the cheese, as well as the tomato after that. And then I will broil them in the toaster oven & when the cheese has melted.. I will then take some parmesan cheese & put some over top of the bruschetta. It makes all of the flavors to stand out I have found. I really recommend whenever someone makes bruschetta to top it off with parmesan cheese afterwards. I think anyone would love a dish such as that one.. It has almost everything on it, except of course meat, among a few other things. I also use cheese when I make casseroles.. I will use both cheddar cheese, along with parmesan cheese. And each casserole I have made tastes really amazing when both of these ingredients are added to the dish I have found. I find casseroles to be so very simple, but so good when cheese is added to it. Am I the only one who finds this? haha. Other dishes or things that I use parmesan cheese or cheese in general for would be dishes such as.. Macaroni & cheese, cheese balls, pizza, cheese muffins, fold over sandwiches, creamy vegetable cheese soup, fettuccine, etc. In conclusion.. I find that I often cook with cheese. I find that it is one of those important ingredients that help to make a dish taste so incredibly good. I find a person can't go wrong with adding both cheese, as well as parmesan cheese to there dishes.. If anything like I had stated above it helps to enhance the flavor of one's dish! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

i love to eat parmigiano reggiano, fresh mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, pecorino romano, good provolone. cheddar is hard to come by in italy and when you do find it, it's really expensive.

I cook with cheese often. I try to use low fat cheeses. When making Italian dishes I use mozzarella or provolone. For Mexican I use shredded cheddar. I also put blue cheese or feta in salads.
