Usmagazine.com has confirmed that Britney Spears has left Promises Malibu Treatment Center less than 24 hours after checking in and spent early Wednesday afternoon meeting with an attorney. This is the second time the 25-year-old pop star has re-left rehab in the last week. A rep for Spears couldn't be reached to comment on why Spears has left. We spotted Spears earlier today at the law offices of Tarlow & Berk, the high-powered lawyers who represented Mel Gibson in last year's DUI case. Our source says outside the office Britney was sitting in the passenger's seat of a blue Mercedes talking intensely on her cell phone while her cousin, Allie Sims, sobbed. An eyewitness says, "Brit smoked cigarettes and talked on the phone while Allie had tears streaming down her face. Brit just has a blank look on her face." At about 2 p.m. PST Usmagazine.com was there as Spears left the law office and was driven down L.A.'s Sunset Strip and taken to the Hotel Bel Air. A source close to the Spears family tells us that the pop idol's family is concerned. "Britney has worn the same brown jeans since Sunday, because she has no credit cards or cash. She is basically on the run at the moment. On February 15, Spears checked herself into Crossroads Centre -- a treatment facility founded by musician Eric Clapton -- only to check out the following day. Extra reports that Spears tried to get into a tattoo parlor before going home but it was closed. If true, this marks the second time the singer has visited a tattoo parlor in less than a week. On Friday (after spontaneously shaving her head) she hit Body & Soul Tattoo parlor in Sherman Oaks, California, and got inked with a pink, black and white cross on her hip and pink and red lips on her wrist. What did Britney's manager privately tell our pal Ryan Seacrest about her meltdown? Listen here for the lowdown.

I really feel sorry for her kids. She should understand that she should straighten up for them at least...

Maybe I sound obssessed to you. And I really don't care coz I know where I stand. :) It is just a matter of opinion and understanding. If she loves the attention, be it. It won't happen to you anyway. And one thing, I really don't care if she'll be the next Anna Nicole because if that happens her life will be at peace. You know, let's just hope and pray that her life will be fine. Even if we don't give a damn to a person like her and still we are thankful that it is not happening to us or with any of the member of our family. And don't say that it won't ever happen because anything is possible.

Do you even listen to what you say? You flip-flop more than the footware of the same name. I quote you: "I hate everybody who thinks that she will be Anna Nicole 2. You are not helping Britney. You are pushing and burning Britney! All the burning and hurtful words is not what Britney needs. All she needs is respect, time and space and privacy" Then you say "And one thing, I really don't care if she'll be the next Anna Nicole because if that happens her life will be at peace." If you don't care if she becomes the next Anna Nicole then why are you so upset that people are saying she will be? Make up your mind, dude.

Therefore dude, you don't know how to understand the words that I'm saying. I don't have to explain further more coz there's no need for me to do so. So be it. :) And what do you mean by dude? Do I know you?

I wonder what the real problem is with her, she almost has the world at her feet, she has just about everything and yet she still can not be happy, what does it take, you would think her two little babies alone should bring her happiness, I just don't get it....

That's depressing. The woman needs help, and she needs to stay in rehab.
