Where csn I contact myLot Staff on questions?

I've adjusted to how everything works but I have certain questions about the site. Anyone have knowledge of how or where to contact them? Thanks in Advance, -Andy

I've asked some questions in the contact form but they don't respond immediately. They were rude and were like Please read the earnings page. When I specifically asked them, how much we earn per post/discussion/image. It didn't say how much we earn in the earnings page, the pay is mysterious. I hope we are not cheated out of our hard work. This is one of the things I'm concerned about.
