how to keep diet?

recently i found my self 52kilogram weight. it's terrible ,since i am only 159 centimeteres hign. will you guys help me with some way to lose my weight. thank you.

Loots of people are unhappy with their present weight. No Magical diet or pill can do this. Watch your drinks 'n drink loots of water or other sugar-free drinks to quench your thirst and stay away from sugary juices and sodas. Low-fat milk is also a good idea. Lots of ppl eat when they're stressed, or keep eating long after they're full. Try to pay attention as you eat and stop when you're full 'n do exercise reguraly when you added extra fat on your body.
