Okay - I posted about this beforehand, my friend who is having issues with his ex wife and the access to his child. I now wish he would have hired someone to read his court documents to him, as I visited with him yesterday and he showed me what his wife put him through. Not only did she lie to the courts (saying that he was always violent toward her, how he never wanted anything to do with his daughter, she always put the foot forward for acces, etc) but she lied to a judge and got away with it. His court papers say she has permanent soul custody, permanent soul guardianship and if he wants access he has to go through her. Which I think is completely unfair. It also states if he wants to fight it, he has to pay both of their court fees. How is that fair, considering she outright lied and she got away with it. Is there anything this poor guy can do?
