PLDT is the largest telephone company in the philippines. I am now really irritated with this company. We are requesting our phone to be fixed since last month and up to now, no one has come. we have repeatedly call for service and the other day we already filled a formal written complain and promise us that they are going to see to it today and its another broken promise. What happen to PDLT, they were not like this before. anyone here have problem with PLDT? please I want to hear it

Yeah we had the same problem. They're really slow when it comes to repairing. I don't know why but when you say you want to apply for a new line they are very quick on installing your new phone. I think they have so many requests for repairs and they can't accommodate it. .

I think they just don't have enough lines to accomodate everybody nowadays. I also applied for PLDT but they were asking for many papers and billing statement. Since I recently transferred to our new homes I don't have that billing statement that is addressed to my new house. I tried globe and they easily accomodated me plus I only paid for 500 pesos and that's it. I have my line reserved and when I called their customer service they said the line is ready for installation and awaiting for engineering's report if they had it installed. Pretty Good service indeed for just a couple of days they have readied my line.

Our phone is now fixed, at last after more than a month waiting. Actually I was about to apply to globeline for a new phone when the PLDT repair technician came. My mom and I agree to let him fix this time because my mom want to avoid the trouble telling everybody our new number. But the nex time our phone breaks and if they took more than a week, we will transfer to globeline even if globelines is more expensive, globeline is now charging more than 700 a month but at least you have a working phone and a fast service

A month of lack of service? That's some patience you got there. I couldn't even take it when our phone's out of order for a day! And I don't even use the phone a lot. Man, whenever I call Customer Assistance about technical repair, I'd always give openning remarks like, "Are we still subscribed to your services?" or "Do you have records of my previous calls? You do? So this is what? The fourth or fifth time I called about it?" Then I'm so sorry when I get so up tight that I'd even complain the haul of details after mentioning the name of the operator whose taking my complaint call, "You call this customer care?! You can't even give me specific answers and you can't even provide me appropriate assistance by giving me contact numbers of people that could really resolve this issue? You say your sorry but, its obvious that you aren't since its been the nth time that I have called about it and still, nothing is happening!" Well, if they fail you again, don't think twice, get the better service.
