By the time one reaches the age of 55, one is normally pulled down due to stressful life, lots of family responsibilities and lesser strength to expect regular incomes. A healthier person will be farmore confident in meeting future challenges. Suggestions are invited since the outcome of this discussion will add to the confidence of persons those are plus 55.

I hope when I reach 55 I would still play badminton and eat healthy food. I look forward to not smoking and not drinking as I am now not a smoker and a drinker. I look forward to enjoy nature trips and adventures together with my grandsons and grandaughters. I look forwad to see myself healthy and not a burden to the people around, I wish to enjoy my hobbies like crochet and gradening if I reach that age.

Welcome to Mylot. I am only 52 I just turned 52. I think when you get older you can't do the normal things you use to do, because we are getting older so what we did when we were younger, noramally we can not to it. I think staying in shape would help us, +

Your age is what you think at your heart. Dont overeat or overwork. Maintain light food and fair exercises. You will find yourself more energetic. Be prepaired to play with your grandchildren because they have all expectations from you. Their parents dont have much time to keep them busy.
