I would say the integrity of a man is measured by his thoughts, words, actions and ideas. They don't have to be for himself or for his family, but for the world around him. I've noticed that when my man says something and he follows through, that's something that gets me to notice. But what's really golden is when a man is able to say, "I'm sorry" without having to be told.
