This might sound strange but i witnessed a road accident today morning. It wasnt a major accident. This happened in frankfurt. No one was injured thankfully. But what suprised me was the reaction after the accident. let me explain the accident to you. A car had to hit on the breaks because the traffic light turned red, the truck which was behind it couldnt stop on time and hit the car very slightly on the back. Not causing too much damage, but it broke the rare lights. I was expecting a huge fight between the parties. The two drivers got out of the car, walked towards each other and shook hands...It was the most amazing thing i had seen in some time. Since i am from India , i have not seen such kind of behaviour in my country...People start the blame game if this had happened in India. Wonder when can we see such sight in India.. have u ever seen anything like this before? please share it with me...

One of my Relatives who happen to be living in England told me once that if there is an accident there they do not fight with each other. They just get out of the car shake hands and exchange their car papers. THen it is up to their lawyers. The lawyers go to court and everything and the one who is proved to be the guilty then he pays for the damage. She told me that mostly their cars are insured so they can get a new one. I do not know the procedure for that but this is what she told me .. Cheers

These laws can only be implemented in our countries if people are educated and broad-minded. Here if you not the number of a car after the accident the same day the owner changes the number plate lol. No one cares and no one tries to find out if the car really is registered or not Cheers :)

#If only everyone was like this. The world would be a much nicer place. All too often people are too willing to blame the other person and tempers rise.

Yes, insurance is the best way out. It is mandatory in my country, but still many dont have it.
