I love to drink beer and it has been a habit of mine drinking 2 to 4 bottles a day prior i go to sleep. But one thing worries me alot, after having a beer and going to sleep, i've been hooked up drinking coffee before going to sleep, a matter of beer to coffee before sleeping. sounds funny but even i was surprise of the habit that ive got, what will come next?
