I think you are both owner and employee! You have to do all the work of an employee, but think strategically like an owner. A big challenge.

i am trying to make my online biz earn enough to cover two wages so my hubby and i can follow our dream..so definately online biz for me..eventually i would like to invest in real estate and open my own wu ji pavilion..that's way down the line..good luck..
