Windows service pack. / myLot

im using windows service pack2, i think sercice pack 2 is better then the other. need help related to this. if any one of u knows which service pack is best and other stuff then plz let me know.

Yes service pack 2 is better, but then it is not then end of the bugs. You have to turn live update on if you want to have a trouble free windows OS. The windows service pack is just a collection of various updates microsoft offers to its client and few minor alterations to OS that is offered in the form of a CD or a proper download pack. Else, if you turn your live update on than you do not have to worry about service pack. The live update feature will automatically download patches for your computer. The only pre requisite for live update, is getting your windows validation so that microsoft is aware that you are using a non - pirated version of windows.

my friend told me that new service pack contains clear previous bugs and errors so we have to update new one's for better performance. ive also heard that service pack 2 is the most best one.
