Tips to meet deadlines of writing tasks

Hi! I am a very poor time manager, but somehow, I make some of my deadlines - the really deadly ones. What do you think are the top three strategies for meeting deadlines of writing tasks?

1) list down the tasks that you need to accomplish for the month or the week; 2) prioritize according to importance; 3)schedule your priorities for the tasks that's needed to be accomplished for the week, & for the month; 4) accomplish the tasks according to your priorities; 5) follow-thru & go over & evaluate

Hi, im_anna! Thanks for this comprehensive guide. Hmmm... sounds like my boss! :) Would you believe we have a 6-month workplan detailing each major task's step-by-step activities? We go through the trouble of preparing that and ticking off or adjusting every once in a while, but it does help. Like now, I just did my performance evaluation self-assessment and it did help me detail my accomplishments. Well, the backlog was also glaring, though! Thanks, I will probably keep your tip nearby at work. cheers!
