Well, think I am in good shape, and I exercise regularly. However, I have more weight around my waist than 5 years ago. Research has shown that men with more weight around their waist face greater health risk (diabetes, certain types of cancer, and the number 1 killer, heart disease). Maybe you can help me, tell me about your experience exercising or maybe some tips. What are you doing right now to be in amazing health at age 50?

cardio vascular exercise to stay fit, weight lifting for strong bones and good muscle tone. a HEALTHY diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and low in processed fats and sugars. Get good sleep, and reduce stress. Exercise and a healthy diet are key for a healthy life at any age.

It's good to hear that you are in good shape. So many people are not. I too want to have amazing health at age 50 so for now I really do watch what I eat, lots of fruits and veggies. I exercise too but to keep the heart rate up, not for weight loss. Sugar is a no no for me and through the years I've added a lot of spices to my diet, which I understand maintain healing properties. I recently read that people who live in India has less cases of alzheiemer's due to the amount of tumeric in their diet. So guess what, I went out and bought a box:)
