Now this one is really gross. But remember that you HAVE to choose one or the other. I hate it myself and maybe thats why I started this one up today. Im no health nut thats a given. Here are the choices...... Soy food or ToFu food? Id choose ToFu just because it appears more like food. YUCK!!!!

Tofu is made from soy beans. It dose not have a flavor of it own. It picks up the flavor of what ever it is put with. I have put it in green chili enchaladas along with the chicken. No one could tell the difference between it and the chicken.

Soy food. I love soy burgers. Tofu..yuckkkkkkk! This another game? If so, Anchovies or cajon peppers (the really hot kind)? I don't like either but I think I could manage to swallow a lil anchovy.

I am not a vegitarian but I still like both of these. I am open to trying anything once, you have to have a sence of adventure to truley enjoy food.

I could not make a choice on this matter, for one I do not think I have eaten either and nor do I want to. Where do you buy this at health food stores or can you get them in the grocery store. I have heard of them just have never made an effort to find them to eat.

I don't think that's a gross choice at all! I've been a vegetarian for years, and I eat both of those things.

..I buy powdered soymilk (vanilla) online at http://www.soygood.com/ and use it everyday as a coffee creamer. It's perfect! And healthy too. [Perhaps of interest to women: it may decrease menapause symptoms.] It's on the top ten list of "super foods" list. I also buy vanilla soy milk at the store and use it in my cereal.. no sugar needed.. I tried tofu once.. yikes!! Though I guess others have had better success with it. They say it simply stretches your food, and takes on the flavor of whatever it's put in.. Years ago when I had a pressure cooker, I would cook soybeans, and have them with melted cheese.. yum, yum. But I cannot cook the beans enough w/o a pressure cooker. I need to get myself another of those.. I've tried soy nuts.. well, I guess I didn't like them enough to buy them again..

I'd choose the butter. It's more versatile, has more flavor, and is more readily available. Who's afraid of a little fat anyway?

Tofu! I think it absorbs flavor more... But I wouldn't give up my meat and veggies for that.
