I have a long list of pet peeves, but what I couldn't really stand are people who smoke in public or public transport, who sometimes have children with them! I feel sorry for these poor children who inhales second hand smoke from the parents/relatives themselves. Their health suffers the most from the bad habit of their elders. How about you? What annoys you the mooooost?

People who smoke in enclosed public places are high on my list, but I think my greatest pet peeve is people who just "take" or "do" without asking or considering how their actions might have an impact on someone else. To me, it feels like they believe they are the ONLY human being in the world, so they can just do whatever they want, whenever they want. For example, I used to know someone who would use the reserved handicap parking spaces if she couldn't find a parking space close to the store she wanted to go to. Or a person I used to know at work who'd just walk in and say "I need to use your computer" and would start typing the moment my hands temporarily left the keyboard. Or the former friend who would just "decide" where the group of friends were going to eat, and start driving there without considering anyone else's opinions.

People that leave their car running while they run into a store to purchase an item. The car pollutes the air and is an open invitation to thieves.
