Good advice needed: Coping with a loved one who is overseas...

I know there are a bunch of military wives out there who have good advice to offer, so please help me out here. Though it isn't military, my husband left Tuesday for a 10-month trip to Australia and I am going crazy missing him. He has travelled without me before (for a week or so at a time) and it never hit me like this. When I got back from the airport Tuesday, I thought I was going to fall apart missing him and worrying about him. So, to all you strong ladies who deal with this and whose husbands are protecting our country, how do you get through it? So far, I find the days are okay, but in the evenings when we would normally be together, I go crazy... Any suggestions would be welcome...
