If you could ask God to make any food fat free, sugar free, calorie free--you name it, what would it be? It will not have any of those sweeters added or olestra. I will be made the same way with the same fat and sugar. It just will not have the same effects that they have on your body. For example, you just eat 2 bowls of spaghetti. Your body will be as if it just had a little air. It can be a single item or a casserole--anything! Tell me what it would be and why? I love food. There are so many things I could list but we are only going for one. Mine would be the best Swiss chocolate candy. Mmmm..Go ahead, tell me. You know you want to.

Well, we already have the Word of Wisdom which is the law of health revealed by the Lord for our physical and spiritual benefit; the Lord tell us which foods are good for us to eat and which substances are not good for our body. He promises spiritual and physical blessing for obeying the Word of Wisdom.

This is very true. Now if we could just get the obeying part right.
