Do you get butterflies in your stomach when you're nervous?

when i am nervous i start shaking and my palms get sweaty. people often talk about butterflies in their stomach. how does nervousness affect you ?

I totally understand how you feel! When I get nervous i get so sick to my stomach. Sometimes I get really shaky and light headed too.

I know exactly how you feel. In jr high When I had to speak, I would just about throw up. What really changed it was the into to acting class I took in college. What anyone needs is a way to find away through the nevervousness.

when i got nervous i start shaking my legs unconsciously and my one eye blinks so awkwardly which make embarres. i also starts sweating....
