NICU RN pay???

That sounds pretty low, especially since I noticed from one of your other discussions that you're talking about the NYC area? Unless it's a struggling public hospital, I would hope that a hospital in the N. Jersey area would pay more than that, especially with the shortage. Is that salary for a fulltime position?
