i did once have a problem of getting a strained neck every morning and i used to get up tired an sleepy. then i slept during the day to make up for the missed sleep, but that too did not help. finally i tried to take a smaller pillow and do my hair a different way, more comfortable.that helped. after a few days i was fine again. adn i think if u oversleep u will have problems..

Yes, I have problem's for sleeping. My sleep hours are much bigger than an normal sleep that are 14-15 hrs daily; But due to this their are many problems like diseases get junked or our body get affected by these type of sleep. To overcome this i use to get up in the morning and first of all complete my mornings event's within 1/2 an hrs then i go for morning walk so due to this i use to get up early in the morning and after that exercise is also finished so by going to morning walk sleepy or lazyness that was junked to me get disappeared and i use to get early in the morning. So it is an better way to overcome this type of problem; Obviously "Health is Wealth"

Luckily I did not have any sleeping problems ,although i cannot sleep occationally, I would not call it insomnia. If I am still feeling fresh and do not want to sleep at night, I will have a hot water bath, then I will drink a cup of hot milk and I will have massage on the corners of eyes. I will then fall asleep soon.

I do have problems sleeping too. Especially when I'm topo tired. It is harder to sleep. And I'm trying now to watch a cartoon with my daughter before sleeping. Because I have better results with cartoons than documentaries or movies, especially horror movies(^^,LOL^^
