Is there any affordable and good treadmill?

I'm looking to find an affordable and good treadmill for my exercise? I won't spend more than $ 500. What brand do I need to consider? Where can I find such treadmill? Is there any online store that I can take a look?

Have you tried checking out your local Kmart or Walmart? I know Kmart has some nice ones for under $400 and they fold up. That's where I plan on getting mine in the future. Can get it even cheaper if you do find one you like and wait for it to go on sale. :-)
