driving slow in fast lane!!!!

What is it about people that drive below speed limit in the fast lane. I see it more and more all the time. It is simple the right hand lane is for slower moving vehicles....the left lane is for faster cars or to pass on. Am I mistaken or is this not correct people?

In my country, fast lane is the right lane, but people usually use the fastlane but not in the right speed that allowed. So ther are traffic everywhere just because some people drive slow in the fas lane. And yes it is irritate me.

You are correct and it is frustrating when they aren't just slow but don't even do the speed limit. It's a hazard. I have come up on cars that are doing 50 in a 65 then they wonder why they end up in an accident. It's just crazy.
