I live in a busy city. I wish that I could live in the countryside. There is fresh air and greenery to enjoy. There don't seem to be stress unlike living in the city. What do you like. City or country.

I htink I have it all here in Vancouver BC in 5 mins of walking can be in the forest adn see real wild animals like deers and bears. The local transit bus stops abotu 200 ft from house adn can be down town in 30 mins or accross town in 45 mins. Ther eare 3 ski hills all with in less than 60 mins drive form my place. So my location has it all 30 ins at the beach 5 mins to forest or 30 mins to down town how could i loose.

How I envy you. Your style of living is just what I have always dreamed of. Maybe, one day I will be able to migrate to a country where there is plenty of greens around. So, I got to work hard to make more money to retire.

I do not have a choice. I live in the city because of my job. If I am retired, I'd want to live in the countryside and enjoy a stress free life. This is my aspiration which will come true one day.

I am the same like you. No choice except to live in the city. My job is my bread and butter so it will be some time before I can think of retiring like you.

My hometown is in the country and where I study is in the center of a big city .ennn,I think there are two sides of a coin ,yes it does ! In country we have enjoying the fresh air and the greenery ,offcourse there is very little chance to the jam of storey people and cars which is common to most big city ,but on contrast ,we seldom enjoy the advanced technology ,the funny of shopping in big shops and so on .

i think i like city and country both. i live in a very big and crowded city. and i worked in a company which was in the countryside for 2 years. the company bus picked me up in the morning and sent me back to city after work. those time were so nice. there are some small hills near my company. i sometimes climbed them in the early morning before work(if i stayed in company the day before). i also went out for a walk on some countryside paths with colleagues after lunch.... i miss those relaxed time so much. so if i can choose, i prefer to live in countryside during working time and live in city during weekends and holidays.

I used to live and work in the city and I didn't like it very much. Now, I have moved to the countryside because my school is located here and I love it here. But at first I missed the city especially at night. Well, the noise and air pollution are too much to bear. So, country life is sooo much better. Life is simpler and air is fresh.
