1993 Toyota Celica St-- Car will not start some time.

The starter will not turn over when key is tuned on. This does not happen every time, but it happens often. When it happens I just keep turning the key on and off until it starts.

There's many things that could be the problem here. Here are the most common...
Alternator is going bad
Starter is going bad
Loose battery wires
Ignition coil is going bad
You could take it into a Auto Parts Store like "Napa" and they can test the battery, alternator, and starter, usually for free. They have a little machine they will take out to your car.

Sounds to me, more than likely it will be your starter going out.
