whats considered cheating?

In a realationship what is considered as actual cheating is when your partner is involved with someone else.despite you being in his life your partner is dating someone else.i would not forgive my partner who he was cheating on me as for a relationship to work you need to be totally honest to your other half:-)

I think activly enganging someone with the intention of going farther is cheating. A little bit of flirting isn't. I would never forget but I don't know if I could fogive either. Kissing someone isn't cheating but having a full make out session with them is really pushing the line.

I think cheating is anything that makes the other person in the relationship feel cheated upon. This will vary from one relationship to another. I know a guy that gets in trouble if he gives a pretty girl a second glance. He would never so much as say hello to another girl. So I think you must find someone who has similar views and there should never be a problem.
