caffeine withdrawal

ok, i stopped drinking soda today and i know i will go through a nasty withdrawal. in fact i'm having the headache right now. stopping slowly is not an option for me. anything you can suggest to help for the next few days? the last time i did this, i drank a lot of V8. something baout that drink helped my craving. i think it may have been the salt. so suggestions, remedies?
