So the Sims 2 Seasons expansion releases next week. I can't wait! I've been wishing for this expansion ever since I first played Sims 1 years ago! It looks like the folks at Maxis have added lots of features to this one too. It's going to be a blast! So is anyone else out there anticipating this release like I am?

I am going crazy waiting for this one. I already ordered it through the EA store. I thought by pre ordering it, I would get it sooner than if I waited until it came out in the store but I'm not sure if it is true. I can't wait to see what a thunderstorm looks like.lol. I just hope I have enough memory for this one, if not, I'll be going out and buying more.

There is a website that will tell you if your computer can run a certain game. I found it while reading on the sims2 forum. here is the link if you want to try it. It told me it wasn't recommened because of my CDROM but I have all the expansions now and it told me the same thing about pets, and I can still play it.

Wow -- what a great site. Looks like my system is good to go. I pass everything on the minimums, and only fail the CPU speed on the recommended. (But that's ok cause I fail the recommended CPU Speed and a few other things for TS2:Pets, and it runs just fine.)

I have been so excited since they first released a detailed description of the game. I am most excited about leftovers and some new careers, although the weather is going to be so fun. This EP is going to open up all sorts of fun stuff and add it with OFB and Pets--I can't wait.
I pre-ordered with EA downloader so I can finish downloading it on the 28th and then I am good to go. Just 5 more days to go. I better get my house all cleaned up this weekend so I don't have to worry about and I can just play all day, lol.

I am always like that after I get a new game, too. But I do have to stop and cook and make bottles and change diapers. And then the kids like to watch which gets annoying with 3 of them trying to climb all over me so I turn it off to get away from them. I have space issues so I don't like the kids climbing on me all the time (makes me want to scream). But, I bet I will be up until like 3-4am. I did that with Pets even after my husband told me not to and then I had to be up at 7am to get my daughter to school, lol. I was so tired the next day.

This is definitely exciting news as I have been a Sims fan for a long time now and love it very much. I was not aware of another expansion coming out but will have to write it down and get it when it comes out. I can not wait to see all of the new features to this game. It is incredible what they have done with it and have made it so lifelike. They live a better life than I do. LOL

i adore the sims, i had the sims 1 and bought also the sims 2. unfortunately here in italy expansion packs are very expensive so i can't buy them right now, i always must wait some months just to let the price go down a little bit!
